Math Dash Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Math Dash mobile application (the "App") provided by Michael Alls ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
The App is intended for general audiences. If you are under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), you may use the App only with parental or guardian consent.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Purchases (Math Dash Super)
The App offers a one-time, non-subscription purchase ("Math Dash Super") processed by Apple and/or RevenueCat. Pricing and availability may vary by region and are displayed in the App.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple App Store policies. We do not control Apple's refund process. If you have billing issues, please contact Apple Support.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- bypass, tamper with, or interfere with the App's security or payment features
- misuse the App in a way that disrupts service or harms others
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its content, design, code, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://math-dash.app/privacy-policy.html.
We may store gameplay data (such as progress and streaks) on device or via iCloud (if enabled). For details on what data we collect and how we use it, see the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services (e.g., Apple, RevenueCat) to process purchases or provide functionality. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those third parties.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the App's reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. The App is for educational/entertainment use and does not guarantee learning outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App or the Math Dash Super purchase.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that survive by their nature.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida/USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
